We used Elaine to buy and sell our house. This was our first time selling a house and Elaine pointed out areas to improve the appearance of the house. She marketed the house very well, with list information ending up on Zillow, Craig's List, and other sites. Elaine was also a good listener, very patient, and a big help entertaining our 2 year old daughter (who had fun exploring the different houses we visited). Overall, the whole process went very smooth. We really appreciated Elaine's experience, knowledge and support. We couldn't have hoped for a better agent.
